RAJASEKARAN K is a Chartered Accountant in whole time practice and a qualified Company Secretary with more than 9 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Statutory and Internal audits, Direct and Indirect taxation and Corporate laws. He is a visiting faculty in Direct & Indirect taxes and Company law at various institutions across Tamil Nadu. He has trained more than 800 students at all levels of CA, CMA, CS and more than 80% have cleared with high marks. To this end, he also conducts training sessions for various corporates on taxation and corporate laws.
